These terms govern reservations made with LONGISLANDLUXLIMO for chauffeured transportation across Long Island and the greater New York area.
Reservations & quotes
Submitting a request through this website is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. A reservation specialist will contact you to confirm availability, vehicle, and pricing before your trip is confirmed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
30% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
- Cancellations more than 72 hours prior: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of the remaining 70%.
- Cancellations within 72 hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund of the remaining refundable balance.
- Within 24–48 hours & no-shows: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service or in the event of a no-show.
Passenger conduct
- Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.
- Damage caused to a vehicle during a trip may result in additional charges.
- Local and state laws, including seatbelt and occupancy limits, apply to every trip.
Liability
LONGISLANDLUXLIMO carries commercial insurance in accordance with New York State requirements for livery transportation. Specific coverage details are available upon request.
